Green Chutney

This is so versatile, freezes well and is totally guilt free ! You can also add to yoghurt or into dishes as spicy kick. Syn free a a very good alternative to the full fat indian pickles.

*tip* freeze in ice cube trays and bag up in the freezer and use when needed.

  • Three green chilli’s
  • Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Bunch fresh coriander
  • 100g fresh mint leaves
  • One Finely chopped tomato
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Salt


  1. In a blender, add the liquids first
  2. Add the tomato and garlic
  3. Add the chilli, mint & coriander
  4. Blitz in the blender. Add water if needed.
  5. Season with salt to taste
